Looking from the Causeway to Coal Harbour

This photograph from 1925 shows the view of the Coal Harbour waterfront as seen from the newly built Stanley Park Causeway. The causeway was constructed between 1916 and 1926, replacing an old footbridge that connected Coal Harbour to Stanley Park.

The second photograph, taken one century later on January 12, 2025, from a similar spot (probably not the exact same location, but very close), shows the residential buildings of Coal Harbour.
